Our Mission
At the Remnant Revival Outreach Center, our mission is to awaken hearts, reach the lost, and equip the saints—locally and globally—for the work of the Kingdom. Based in Orlando, we are a consecrated remnant on fire for Jesus, taking the Gospel to the streets through bold evangelism, compassionate outreach, and Spirit-led ministry. We leave the ninety-nine for the one, preaching repentance and the love of Christ with urgency and power. We are both a local church family in Central Florida and a global digital community, calling people back to their first love and training believers to walk in holiness, operate in the gifts of the Spirit, and fulfill the Great Commission. Everything we do flows from our love for God, our love for people, and our commitment to see lives transformed by the power of the Gospel.
According to the Word of God, a remnant is a small group who remains faithful to Him amidst widespread unfaithfulness. "Even so then, at this present time there is a remnant according to the election of grace" (Romans 11:5, NKJV). At RROC, we are that remnant, a holy army standing firm in the truth of Jesus Christ. We believe in living a life of holiness, continual repentance, and deepening intimacy with Jesus. In a world compromised by sin, we commit to the transforming power of the gospel, living counter-culturally as a set-apart people. Our greatest desire is to bring glory to the Father in everything we do, as we grow to reflect the image of His Son, Jesus Christ (Romans 8:29).
Revival is not just an event, it is a movement of the Holy Spirit that brings awakening, transformation, and life to individuals, churches, and entire communities. As the Lord says, "Will You not revive us again, that Your people may rejoice in You?" (Psalm 85:6, NKJV). At RROC, we believe in the fire of revival, birthed through fervent prayer, marked by repentance, and igniting passion for God. Every revival, past and future, is rooted in prayer, and we are committed to praying without ceasing (1 Thessalonians 5:17). We cultivate an environment where the presence of God is tangible, where lives are transformed, and where communities are renewed. It is only through the power and presence of the Holy Spirit that true revival can take place, bringing us into a deeper awareness of His presence and empowering us to walk in the fullness of our calling.
Outreach is the heart of the gospel, to bring God’s truth, love, and salvation to the lost. Jesus said, "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature" (Mark 16:15, NKJV). At RROC, we do not wait for people to come to church, we take the church to them. We are committed to reaching beyond the four walls, touching lives weekly through a lifestyle of outreach. We go out to seek and save the lost (Luke 19:10), bringing them into a relationship with Jesus through salvation, discipleship, and accountability. Whether through local outreaches or global connections, we believe in being the hands and feet of Christ to a broken world. As we reach out, we do so in the power of the Holy Spirit, allowing His presence to flow through us and into the lives of those we encounter.
RROC is a spiritual center where ministries, leaders, and believers from around the world come together to be equipped, empowered, and sent out. As Ephesians 4:12 states, "For the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ." At RROC, we are a hub for impartation, healing, deliverance, and the baptism of the Holy Spirit. People come from all over the world to experience this outpouring, with more than half of our service attendees traveling from outside of Sanford. We are not just local—we are a global movement, equipping God’s people to carry the fire of revival back to their communities. We also believe in the power of digital ministry. Through live streaming, we are multiplying what God is doing here locally to the world, reaching millions globally with the gospel. Our media and production team work tirelessly to ensure that the message of Jesus Christ reaches homes across the globe, breaking barriers and transforming lives.
OUR VISION
Our vision is to see a Spirit-filled, uncompromising, and equipped Body of Christ rise in every place the Lord sends us. Through digital ministry, we will disciple and train believers worldwide, imparting truth, stirring revival, and activating the gifts of the Spirit—so that the Church is prepared for the harvest.
We believe the Lord will expand the work He has birthed in Orlando into new territories, planting outposts of revival that burn with His presence, proclaim His Word, and transform communities. Our eyes are set on the nations, but our hearts are anchored in His command—to love God, love people, and prepare His Bride for His return.
Our Core Beliefs
We believe in the power and necessity of love, for we are commanded to love the Lord with all our heart, soul, and mind, and to love our neighbor as ourselves. Love is the foundation of our faith and the fulfillment of the law.

We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, who are co-equal, co-eternal, and fully active in the work of creation, salvation, and sanctification.

We believe God the Father is the Creator and Sustainer of all life, who lovingly adopts believers as His children, giving us identity and sonship, affirming that we are co-heirs with Christ and empowered to live out our calling.

We believe in Jesus Christ, the eternal Son of God, fully God and fully man, whose sacrificial death on the cross redeems us from sin, and by His resurrection, we have eternal life. The blood of Jesus cleanses us from all sin, reconciling us to the Father.

We believe the Holy Spirit empowers believers, convicts the world of sin, and distributes gifts to the Church to fulfill God’s purposes, producing the fruit of the Spirit and manifesting His presence and power.

We believe the Bible is the Holy Spirit-inspired, inerrant Word of God, the ultimate authority for faith, life, and conduct, and is living and active, revealing the will of God for His people and transforming lives.

Salvation comes through wholehearted faith and surrender to the Lordship of Jesus Christ—believing He died for our sins, rose from the dead, and now calls us to follow Him as true disciples into eternal life.

We believe it is the mandate of every believer to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ, fulfilling the Great Commission by making disciples of all nations and sharing the good news of salvation.

We believe in the sanctity of marriage as a covenant between one man and one woman, and that before marriage, one should grow their relationship with God, waiting for the Lord to reveal their spouse. We uphold the courtship process, where individuals are not in girlfriend-boyfriend relationships, but are getting to know one another for marriage while still honoring each other as brother and sister in Christ.

We believe water baptism is the God-ordained antitype that, through faith, unites the believer with Christ in His death, burial, and resurrection—washing away the old life, clothing us in His righteousness, and testifying to the spiritual rebirth wrought by the Spirit.

We believe communion is the sacred participation in the body and blood of Christ, a holy mystery through which we remember His sacrifice, proclaim His death until He comes, and partake by faith in the life, covenant, and unity of His Church.

How We Represent Christ
At The Remnant Revival Outreach Center, we believe every believer must pursue knowing Jesus deeply through both the Word and prayer. Intimacy with God is the foundation of everything we do. From that place flows a life of holiness, obedience, and power.
We are a church that is serious about maintaining a standard of holiness, because we believe it reflects the nature of God. While we fully embrace His grace, mercy, and long-suffering, we do not turn a blind eye to sin. We believe grace empowers transformation, and the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom in every area of life.
We honor Christ not only in our hearts, but in how we carry ourselves, in the way we steward our bodies, guard our spirits, and interact with others. Holiness is not legalism; it is love expressed through reverence, purity, and conviction.
We also believe in honest, open discipleship. It’s not one-sided. True discipleship is a shared pursuit between both the leader and the disciple—where accountability is mutual, correction is welcomed, and truth is spoken in love. It’s a relationship built on trust, humility, and a mutual hunger to become more like Christ.
