The New Member Process

1. Complete the Online Orientation Courses

The first step is completing the self-paced orientation courses. These courses help you understand who we are, what we believe, and what it means to be connected to this house.

After completing the courses, you will receive a Certificate of Completion.

2. Complete the Interview Questionnaire

After the orientation courses, you will complete an interview questionnaire. This helps our administrative team learn more about your background, spiritual journey, and readiness for membership.

Questions may vary throughout the year, so the questionnaire is simply part of the process, not a fixed test.

3. Schedule a Personal Zoom Interview

Once your questionnaire is reviewed, you may be invited to schedule a 30-minute Zoom interview.

This interview gives our team the opportunity to answer questions, address anything from your questionnaire, and explain what covenant membership means at RROC.

4. Attend In-Person Orientation & Sign the Covenant Agreement

In-person orientation takes place quarterly. To qualify, you must complete the previous steps and fulfill the required check-ins within the three-month period.

During this final step, you will sign the Covenant Agreement Form and officially come under the covering of RROC.

After Membership

Once orientation is complete, new members are connected to a revival team, introduced to team leaders, and given the opportunity to serve, grow, and build alongside the vision of the house.
