Frequently Asked Questions

1. What does your church believe?

We believe in the foundational truths of Scripture — the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, repentance, water baptism, and the infilling of the Holy Spirit. We are committed to sound doctrine and the full gospel.

2. Do I have to be a member to attend?

Not at all. Everyone is welcome to visit and worship with us. Membership is for those who feel called to commit, serve, and be planted here.

3. What is membership and why does it matter?

Membership is a covenant commitment to this local body — to be covered, accountable, and active in the vision God has given this house. It’s not just a title; it’s a spiritual alignment.

4. How do I know if this church is right for me?

We encourage you to attend consistently, connect with leadership, and pray. If you find yourself being fed, growing, and drawn to the community here, that’s often confirmation.

5. What happens after I decide I want to become a member?

There is a new member process in place that walks you through our beliefs, vision, and expectations. See our step-by-step process below.

6. Is there a membership class I have to take?

Yes. We ask that all prospective members complete our new member orientation before officially joining the church.

7. Do I need to be baptized to become a member?

Yes. Water baptism is a foundational step in your faith walk and is required as part of the membership process.

8. What is expected of me as a member?

Members are expected to attend consistently, tithe faithfully, submit to spiritual authority, and serve in the house of God.

9. Can my whole family become members?

Absolutely. We encourage families to be planted together. Children and youth are covered under the household, and there are ministry environments for every age.

10. Who do I contact if I’m interested in becoming a member?

You can reach out to [contact name/email/phone] or speak with any of our leaders after service. We’d love to connect with you.
